As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Steve is responsible for maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing markets.
Steve comes with more than 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry, having served as branch director with Motion Recruitment Partners and managing director with Experis. He has expertise in developing relationships with clients at every level as well as a passion for working with diverse corporate cultures and company sizes ranging from small, entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Steve is laser-focused on developing a complete understanding of client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
A native of eastern North Carolina, Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in history from North Carolina Wesleyan College. He served on the board of directors for UNC-Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business from 2001 to 2005 and was a board member of the Food Runners Collaborative from 2010 to 2015.
